I went here at the beginning of August to buy a ford transit. They told me it would be available immediately as they had one in stock. Once I paid the balance in full, over a million pesos, they told me it would take two weeks with the changes I wanted. Afterward, they told me that it was actually not available and that they didn’t know it was no longer available but that I would have one by the end of the month. Never came. Mid September they told me I would have it by mid October. At that point I requested a cancellation since they did not keep their end of the deal; a two week wait. They told me the refund/cancellation would take up to 14 days. It is now November 20th and the sales agent and the sales manager will not answer my messages. The general manager NEVER answered any messages and kept me on read through WhatsApp. I am now awaiting to proceed with legal action with my accountant and attorneys to head back from them. I can honestly say I have never dealt with these types of issues and honestly expected better from an American company doing operations in Mexico. I would definitely never recommend this company to anyone.
If they want to know something… it is the worst agency they can go to. There is no one to answer, the few people who are there do not know anything and if that were not enough, they never answer the phones. And so the question of why Ford has lowered its sales? The answer is super simple… lack of customer service.
